Ridley High School welcomed award-winning author Julie Berry today for a special event celebrating the release of her latest book, If Looks Could Kill. Students and staff got the chance to hear Berry share insights about her writing process, the inspiration behind her newest novel, and her journey as a storyteller.
The event doubled as a book launch and signing, giving attendees the chance to be among the buy the newly released book, If Looks Could Kill, and have their copies personalized by the author. Berry engaged the audience with her authenticity, and passion for literature which will leave a lasting impact on aspiring young writers.
Following her talk, Berry met with students, answered questions, and encouraged them to pursue their own stories. The book signing created a lively atmosphere, with a line of eager readers excited to connect with the author.
