The Ridley School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide lawn and grounds maintenance services for District properties during the 2026 season.
The contract will run from March 23, 2026, through November 13, 2026, with the possibility of renewal at the District’s discretion, pending satisfactory performance, funding availability, and approval by the Ridley School Board.
Lawn services will be required at multiple District locations, including Ridley High School, Ridley Middle School, all elementary schools, the Ridley Community Center, the Ridley Service Center, and the Independent Living Facility. Services include mowing, trimming, edging, shrub maintenance, mulching, and weeding, excluding athletic fields.
All interested vendors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., beginning at Ridley High School, located at 901 Morton Avenue, Folsom. Attendance is required in order to submit a bid.
Sealed bids must be clearly labeled “Lawn Services Bid” and delivered to the Ridley School District Business Office no later than Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. Bids will be opened publicly at 10:15 a.m. the same day.
